• State of return (unopened/unused)
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return (please contact us by phone, email or messenger)
• Process of refund (we do not refund payments for services rendered or pre paid.  You may use any balance towards other services 3 months from date of purchase).
