Our Return and Refund policy consists of:

• Terms of return (90 days)
• State of return (unopened/unused)
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return (please contact us by phone, email or messenger)
• Process of refund (we do not refund payments for services rendered or pre paid.  You may use any balance towards other services 6 months from date of purchase)
• Contact details: non-commercial use, etc.
• Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Disable user accounts.
